Generate QR Code
Step 1: Open Your Form
Choose your form at Google Forms or click on the
+ Blank button to make a new one.Step 2: Go to Add-Ons
Once your form is ready to be published, click the
⋮ symbol followed by Get add-ons.
Step 3: Install the Add-On
Search for
QR Code Generator by QR Form Expert and install it. Log-in to your Google account to Allow the installation.
Step 4: Generate Code
Go back to your form and click the
puzzle icon followed by QR Code Generator. Then, choose a language.
Step 5: Share Your QR Code
Click
Copy to clipboard and paste your QR code on your website, document, or other platform. You can also customize your code by adding a label, changing the colors, and more.
